Personal training gives you the chance to workout in your own dedicated space, without the hustle and bustle of a busy gym - ensuring you get the most out of your workouts.
All of my personal training sessions include a workout plan that is catered to your specific training goals, and are designed to help you build lean muscle and burn body fat - all that is required from you is that you show up with a positive attitude and the willingness to work hard to achieve your goals.
My 1-to-1 training programmes tend to start with a personal assessment to understand your training goals and your current fitness levels. From there, training sessions focus on developing your core functional strength with a combination of pushing, pulling, carrying, and other core movements.
I also place focus on developing your weaknesses, providing better balance, and ensuring you work in ways that will prevent injury now and moving forwards.
As you progress, I also work on varying up your 1-to-1 training sessions so that you are constantly progressing towards your goals, and also provide advice on how to improve recovery, diet, sleep, and hydration so that you bounce back from sessions feeling great.
To get the most out of your training, I advise that you start with a minimum of two 1-to-1 training sessions per week. I can also create online programmes that you can use alongside your 1-to-1 sessions to progress even faster in your own time.
